The KAPPA 7 DC is the bare pump head behind the KAPPA 7 12-Volt, sold without a motor for workshops that just need to replace a worn diaphragm pump rather than the whole spray unit. Rated to 1450 RPM, it moves 7.6 L/min (2.0 GPM) at up to 20 bar (275 PSI), slightly higher than the assembled 12-Volt kit since it is tested independent of the motor’s electrical limits. At only 14 lbs it bolts straight onto the existing mounting bracket, keeping servicing quick and inexpensive.
