The PA B18 is a compact reduction gearbox designed for petrol and diesel engine–driven pressure washer systems rated between 11 and 18 HP. Manufactured by P.A. S.p.A. in Italy, the B18 uses hardened steel helical gears to reduce engine speed from 3,100 RPM down to approximately 1,450 RPM — the optimal operating speed for most triplex plunger pumps. Its lightweight 3.9 kg design and multiple shaft and flange configurations make it a versatile choice for a wide range of pump brands and mobile washdown applications.
