Arven Impeller Pumps. The motor and pump case are constructed of non corrosive Stainless steel with double lipped shaft seals , and single phase (230 volt) motors with thermal protection in the windings. Arven Vortex Pumps Vortex pumps have the ability to handle larger solids that an impeller pump including dirty water & sewerage. The pump casing & suction grid are constructed of stainless steel. The motor shaft is 316 S/S and the mechanical seals of silica carbide in an oil bath. The pump casing is cast Iron (Skipper Stainless steel) and the electric motor has thermal protection. All pumps are supplied with 10 meters of power cable & plug, and are available with or without a float switch (for automatic operation)
