Chris Wilmoth is the General Manager of AES Waterblasters. With a career that spans various engineering positions, as well as management, he’s as comfortable on the tools as he is leading the business.
Starting out as a qualified mechanic and certified welder, Chris has a solid understanding of how equipment actually works in the real world. That practical experience still shows up today and it’s a big part of what sets AES apart. We don’t just sell equipment, we understand what it’s needed for, we design and build it and stand behind it.
Chris has also built his management career across industries such as building supplies, food distribution, automotive and logistics. That gives him a clear, no-nonsense view of what businesses need: reliable gear, straight answers, and support that actually shows up.
In 2024, Chris stepped into ownership of AES, focused on taking the business forward while keeping what matters: quality gear, real expertise, and doing right by the customer.
Outside of work, he’s all about family and the outdoors. Whether that’s camping, fishing, or pushing himself on the mountain bike, Chris brings the same mindset as he does to the business: show up, put in the work, and enjoy the result.
