Alberti Maxijet – Industrial duty hot cleaners.

Alberti Maxijet Hot water cleaners are fitted with UDOR heavy duty low RPM crankshaft driven pumps and 4 pole low rpm (1450 rpm) electric motors.

They are fitted with a number of safety devices including a safety flow switch (in the event the water supply fails), low voltage circuitry, delayed total shut-down (TS) and an anti leak safety device.

The Tough ABS covers (same material as a Ute deck liner) takes the knocks and is easy to keep clean.

Bumper protection bars are fitted as standard to protect the water inlet & outlet fittings and make a useful tie down point for transportation.

  • A note on Steam:Many brands of Hot cleaners are fitted with a thermostat which reads 150 degrees on the dial, but this doesn’t mean that the unit will produce steam. A thermostat is esentially an on/off switch. The heat that the unit will produce is dependent upon the efficiency of the boiler system, and the quantity of water passing through it. Usually to produce steam, a steam kit may need to be fitted. A steam kit by-passes some of the water, so the reduced volume of water flowing through the boiler coil becomes hotter and hotter. The result is a mixture of hot water and steam vapour. The downside is you have less water volume available for cleaning. If you require true steam for sterilization or special processes then see our Alberti Medivap Steamer.
