AES Electro-blast skid mounted water blasters are fitted with an industrial duty 4 pole electric motor and UDOR triple ceramic plunger pump, an adjustable unloader valve and safety valve for extra protection.

The electric motor is coupled to the pump via a heavy duty Lovejoy shear type coupling for added durability and ease of servicing.

The Unloader valve is plumbed to return the by-pass water back to the water tank. This protects the pump from overheating in the event the unit is left running unattended.

Motor: 7.5 Kw (10 HP) 400 volt, 50 hz, 4-pole (1440 rpm)

Starter: DOL (direct on line) with overload relay

Hose & gun: 20 meter wire braided with couplers, gun with swivel & 900mm S/S lance & nozzle

Options include a timer (to shut down the unit after a preset time) amd a low water level cut-out.
